Hub Permissions

There are now a handful of options to further customize your hubs in MemberHub. Hub administrators will find 7 new checkboxes on the Permissions tab under the Hub Settings button. They are as follows:

  • Allow members to post announcements
  • Allow members to create new events
  • Allow members to edit/delete events they did not create
  • Allow members to create new discussions
  • Allow members to upload files
  • Allow members to delete files they did not upload
  • Allow members to invite other people to join this hub

The permissions are rather self-explanatory. So go ahead hub admins and use your new powers.

As an added benefit for MemberHub Organizations, hubs that are owned by an Organization can also turn off entire parts of a hub.
